Getting started online

Use Account Access, ICMA-RC’s secure online resource for managing your account to

• Check your account balance and personal performance;
• Move money from one fund to another or rebalance your account to a set allocation;
• Update your address, phone, email and other personal information.

All this can be done securely by you from any browser, anywhere, anytime.

To get started:

1. Create an initial User ID and Password.
2. Fill out the online form with required information and submit.
3. Select a user ID and password, choose a security image, answer three security questions, and submit.

When you’re ready to log in to your account, use your newly created user ID and password. That’s all there is to it!
